These terms apply when you use shopbeautyandbeyond.com and order from Beauty & Beyond SuperCenter. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Ordering and pickup

• Online orders are for pickup at our store at 5484 Atlanta Hwy, Montgomery, AL. We don't currently ship orders.
• Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We'll email you again when it's ready for pickup.
• When you pick up, please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID matching the name on the order.
• At checkout you choose a pickup date and time. Please pick up on that date, or by closing time the next day we're open; after that the order is cancelled (see our Return Policy).

Prices and availability

• Prices are in US dollars and match our in-store prices at the time you order. Sales tax is added at checkout.
• Stock moves fast. If an item sells out before we fill your order, we'll contact you, and refund anything you paid for that item.
• We may limit quantities, and we may cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing or listing error, with a full refund.

Product information

We work to show accurate photos and descriptions, but packaging, shades and colors can vary from what you see on screen.

Payment

You can pay online by card, or choose to pay at pickup where that option is offered.

Loyalty program

Loyalty points are earned and redeemed under our store's loyalty program. Points earned online are linked to the email address you use at checkout.

Using our website

The content on this website, including text, logos and design, belongs to Beauty & Beyond SuperCenter or its suppliers. Product names and images belong to their brands. Please don't copy or reuse our content without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
